Limited 1-Year Warranty Policy
At SleepWhisper, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited 1-Year Warranty applies only to eligible SleepWhisper products purchased directly from our official website.
To activate warranty coverage, customers must register their product within 14 days of receiving their order. Warranty registration must be sent by email to contact@sleepwhisper.shop and must include:
- Your order number
- A clear video showing the product received
- The product in its original condition
- Your full name and email used at checkout
Warranty registrations submitted after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted. If the product is not registered within this period, the warranty will be considered inactive and no warranty claim may be accepted.
The warranty period begins only after SleepWhisper confirms that the registration has been received and accepted. SleepWhisper reserves the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any warranty registration that is incomplete, unclear, late, suspicious, unverifiable, or does not meet our requirements.
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, water damage, improper charging, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, unauthorized repairs, changes made to the product, loss, theft, or damage caused after delivery.
To make a warranty claim, customers must contact contact@sleepwhisper.shop with their order number, registration email, photos/videos of the issue, and a clear description of the problem. SleepWhisper may request additional evidence before reviewing the claim.
All warranty decisions are made by SleepWhisper at our sole discretion. If a claim is approved, SleepWhisper may choose to repair, replace, partially replace, or offer another solution depending on the situation. Warranty approval does not guarantee a refund.
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs, handling fees, return shipping, customs fees, or any other costs related to the warranty process unless SleepWhisper confirms otherwise in writing.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person. The warranty applies only to products purchased from our official website and does not apply to second-hand products, resale purchases, marketplace purchases, or unauthorized sellers.
SleepWhisper reserves the right to deny any warranty claim if we believe the claim is fraudulent, abusive, dishonest, inconsistent with the evidence provided, or outside the intended use of the product.
This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
